Workplace CPR Training: We Bring Our CPR Course to You Onsite

We bring workplace CPR training to you. Every year, around 25,000 Australians experience a cardiac arrest, and their survival depends on how quickly someone can perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. For businesses, this reality creates both a responsibility: your team can gain the skills and knowledge to respond to a first aid emergency without ever leaving the office. Onsite CPR training brings nationally recognised courses directly to your workplace, delivered by accredited first aid trainers with all the equipment they need.

What Is Onsite CPR Training?

Our trainers come to your location and deliver the same nationally recognised workplace CPR training you would receive if you came to us. We bring all the necessary equipment, including CPR manikins, AED training devices and personal protective equipment.

The qualifications you receive are identical to those earned in a traditional classroom setting. Staff who complete the training receive a Statement of Attainment in units such as HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation or HLTAID011 Provide First Aid. These first aid certificates are recognised across Australia under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Benefits of Bringing Training to Your Workplace

Reduced downtime is one of the biggest advantages of workplace CPR training. Staff are not travelling to an external venue or spending extended periods away from their responsibilities. A workplace first aid course can be scheduled during quieter periods, shift changeovers, or even on weekends to minimise disruption to your operations. You choose the date and time that works for your operations rather than fitting around a provider’s public course calendar.

The ability to train multiple employees at once makes onsite training highly efficient. Rather than sending staff individually to public courses over several weeks, you can get your entire team certified in a single day.

Your team members often feel more comfortable in a familiar learning environment. They are practising first aid techniques alongside colleagues they know, which can make role play scenarios and practical assessments less intimidating. This comfort often leads to better engagement and retention of essential first aid skills.

Who Should Consider Onsite Training?

first aid training course

Workplace CPR training suits any organisation where staff are required to provide a first aid response, particularly those with specific workplace hazards, compliance obligations, or logistical challenges that make public courses impractical. This course is ideal for organisations that want consistent training across their team, need to meet industry-specific first aid requirements, or simply want to minimise the disruption of sending staff offsite.

Construction companies, manufacturing plants and mining operations can have training tailored to their site specific hazards, whether that means working at heights, chemical exposure or heavy machinery injuries.

Gyms, sporting clubs and community organisations with volunteers or casual workers can pick a time that suits their roster rather than losing people to a public course on a weekday.

Enrol Your Team in Our CPR Training Course

Your workplace has a responsibility to provide first aid and ensure staff can respond to emergencies. Onsite workplace CPR training makes meeting this responsibility simple and efficient. We deliver nationally recognised first aid and CPR training at your location, your team learns together in a comfortable environment, and everyone walks away with the skills to provide a first aid response when it matters most. Contact us to sign up for workplace CPR training and bring accredited courses to your team.

FAQs

What Equipment Do I Need for an Onsite CPR Course?

All you need is a room big enough to fit all the staff you want trained. We bring all first aid equipment including manikins, AEDs, first aid kits, and PPE.

Participants who do not demonstrate competency during the CPR course assessment are given additional practice time and another opportunity to be assessed. Our trainers ensure all first aiders achieve competency before receiving their Statement of Attainment.

No. Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and Australian regulations require a face to face practical training assessment to verify competency in performing CPR. Online learning can cover theory, but CPR skills must be assessed in person.
