⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent First Aid Training Experience! A fantastic experience with First Aid Pro Joondalup! The whole process was smooth and well organised, from the excellent, user-friendly website to the training itself. The learning environment was welcoming, friendly and professional, with a supportive approach that made everyone feel comfortable without being put on the spot. The training was delivered in a relaxed yet informative manner, making it both enjoyable and effective. Everything was exactly as promised, including receiving the certificate on the same day! Excellent course. The online units are short and sharp and work well if you print the pdf notes and work through them together. Online exam was good.
