CPR Course Online

For the online learning component, you’ll need:

• A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
• A student account (created during enrollment)
• Approximately 1 hour to complete the modules at your own pace
• Confirmation of completion to bring to your assessment

All necessary learning materials are provided through our online portal, including:

• Comprehensive CPR learning modules
• Instructional videos
• Interactive knowledge checks
• Preparation guides for your assessment session

Zoom Course Equipment Return Policy

Please note that students enrolled in Zoom-delivered courses who receive training kits or equipment as part of their enrolment are required to return all items in good condition upon course completion.

• Certificate Release: Student certificates will not be issued until all loaned equipment has been returned.

• Return Window: Equipment must be returned within 4 weeks of course completion.

• Non-Return Consequences:

  • After 4 weeks, if the equipment has not been returned, students will be issued an invoice for $250 to cover the cost of the kit.

  • If the student fails to return the kit or pay the invoice, the account will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery.

Please ensure you retain proof of return (e.g., tracking information) to avoid disputes or delays in certification.
